Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Coordinator to support our daily order processing, shipping, and administrative operations. This position is primarily responsible for entering customer purchase orders into our ERP system, preparing shipping and order documents, coordinating daily shipments, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with computers and business software, and able to communicate professionally with customers and freight carriers by email and phone. This role also provides general administrative support as needed in our small office environment. Responsibilities Enter customer purchase orders and order information accurately into the ERP system Review order information for accuracy and completeness Prepare and generate packing lists, invoices, and other shipping documents Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and coordinate daily outbound shipments Communicate with customers regarding shipping information, delivery arrangements, and order-related questions Contact freight carriers and transportation companies to schedule pickups and coordinate shipments Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems for purchase orders, shipping documents, invoices, and other business records Update and maintain order, shipping, and customer information in company systems Track shipment status and follow up on shipping or delivery issues when necessary Receive and assist visitors, customers, and delivery personnel in a professional manner Perform data entry and general administrative tasks as needed Work closely with other team members to support daily office and operations activities Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in data entry, order processing, shipping, logistics, administrative support, or a similar office position preferred Strong computer and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general office software Experience with ERP, order management, or inventory systems is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks while meeting daily shipping deadlines Good written and verbal communication skills Comfortable communicating with customers and freight carriers by both email and phone Ability to work independently and follow established procedures Dependable, responsible, and willing to assist with a variety of tasks in a small-team environment
