Document Controller - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Document Controller to join the team and help deliver this world-class program. What you’ll do: Serve as the dedicated on-site Senior Document Controller supporting Project Controls on the LAPI program. Administer and govern all project documentation within EPIC in accordance with document management procedures. Ensure accurate receipt, logging, distribution, tracking, and archival of engineering, procurement, construction, and CQV documentation. Maintain strict document version control and revision history. What you’ll need: Extensive document control experience on large-scale CAPEX projects. Strong hands‑on experience using EPIC document management system. Experience working within pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated industries. Demonstrated experience supporting Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases.
