SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator has the lead responsibility for development and implementation of the Human Resources (HR) strategy, programs, and initiatives with a view to positioning CRCD Enterprises as an employer of choice. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader and will lead by example to demonstrate CRCD Enterprises mission, values and distinctive in the execution of responsibilities.JOB TYPE
Full‑timeESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Policy & Process Management: Consistently review and make recommendations to the executive leadership team for improvement of the CRCD Enterprises policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters. Legal Compliance: Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensure CRCD Enterprises compliance with federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters. Compensation Management: Assist leadership team in the annual review, preparation and administration of the organization’s wage and salary program. Staffing: Develop and provide effective staffing procedures and training to hiring supervisors; ensure timely support for recruitment and selection to fill open positions; oversee all aspects of recruiting, including job descriptions, postings, prescreens, facilitation of interviews and job fairs; provide services, materials and support for staff changes such as transfers, promotions, and separations. Onboarding & Orientation: Provide timely support to supervisors for the orientation and onboarding of new employees and participants. Performance & Talent Management: Research, develop, and implement tools and systems for employee performance assessment (including corrective actions and improvement plans) and goal setting; develop training for supervisors; promote coaching and encouragement for staff success. Benefits Management: Research and monitor health and welfare plans; oversee renewal with insurance brokers; ensure compliance with legislation including HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, & ERISA; serve as plan administrator. Employee Development & Recognition: Support programs for professional development and recognition, including allowances, assessments, plans, and service awards. Employee Relations: Promote an open environment; provide training on equal employment opportunity, open‑door, and conflict resolution policies; serve as a resource to facilitate effective communication. Safety: Serve as Safety Officer; promote a clean and compliant workplace; coordinate implementation of safety rules and OSHA records; develop emergency exit and disaster recovery plans; facilitate employee training. Offboarding: Facilitate all separations; work with legal counsel and leadership on agreements and claims; conduct exit interviews; provide leadership with compiled insights on turnover. Support supervisors in personnel matters. HRIS: Develop and maintain an HR information system meeting the organization’s needs. Supervise HR department staff (Payroll and Employee Support). Participate in CRCD Enterprises events and meetings as required. Uphold the Mission Statement and 5‑Year Strategic Plan.QUALIFICATIONS
3‑5 years of professional HR experience or related work and a BA degree. Experience developing policies and procedures. PHR/SPHR certification (a plus). Reliable, flexible team player who works well with minimal supervision, has a strong work ethic, and maintains personal boundaries. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Reliable transportation: valid driver’s license and car insurance as required by law.SALARY RANGE
