Staff Accountant

We are a fast-growing firm seeking a Full-Time Accountant with advanced QuickBooks Online expertise to manage the day-to-day bookkeeping. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities with accuracy, while having a good time doing it. Job Duties Ensure Timely Management of Accounts Receivables and Collections Weekly reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards including dispute management Detailed AP Entries and Batch Payments for Approval Prepare vendor 1099s at year end Review Employee Expenses Reports for Reimbursements Work closely with internal accounting and support staff Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations Ad-hoc projects as assigned Experience & Requirements College Degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred Advanced Knowledge of Excel Minimum of 3-5 Years Accounting experience Able to manage workflow and meet deadlines and work efficiently under tight deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay $60,000 - $75,000 per year Schedule 8:00am - 5:00pm Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr MeetingsTech
