Now Hiring: Automotive Sales Consultant (Dodge Chrysler Jeep)

Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $50,000-$150,000/year; Including 20%-30% commission on Front Payable Gross and $250.00-$1,050.00 bonus potential based on tiered qualifying monthly performance, subject to terms of pay plan.

90-day guarantee of $4,000.00-$5,000.00 per month while you train according to terms of pay plan! Continuous free training in sales and leadership. We have a promote-from-within culture. No automotive sales experience required! Huge potential for motivated individuals!

• Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers looking to purchase pre-owned vehicles
• Build rapport and qualify customer needs
• Present, demonstrate, and sell quality used vehicles
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on inventory
• Follow up with leads and past customers
• Guide buyers through the vehicle purchasing process with transparency and integrity
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
