Business Analyst

Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in business analysis, business architecture, transformation initiatives, process improvement, management consulting, or a related field. Experience partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Experience working collaboratively with business, technology, engineering, and architecture teams to support solution design and implementation. Demonstrated experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences. Experience analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions based on data and business needs. Experience documenting requirements, workflows, business processes, user stories, use cases, or related artifacts. Experience with workforce management platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be onsite at client in Dallas, TX area Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting contact center operations, workforce planning, customer service environments, or transformation initiatives. Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions with leaders and subject matter experts. Experience with process mapping, business process improvement, and change management initiatives. Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams. NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is [70 -80 $ W2 range].
