You will: ? Set up and operate CNC machines based on engineering drawings and production specifications ? Perform quality inspections and measurements to ensure products meet precise specifications ? Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime ? Install, maintain, and change tooling as required for production runs ? Support automated equipment, robotic systems, and production operators ? Conduct basic preventative maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently ? Read blueprints, procedures, and technical instructions to ensure accurate production ? Maintain production and quality records in compliance with company standards ?
