NeedtoSell.com is one of Houston's leading cash homebuyers. We are hiring a Dispositions Agent to connect our contracts with the right investors and to grow our buyer network across the Houston market.

In this role, you will market properties to investors, coordinate showings, negotiate assignment terms, and carry each deal through to a signed agreement. You will also build lasting relationships with investors, agents, lenders, and title partners.

This is a commission-only position with upside earning potential. Dispositions is time-sensitive work, and it suits someone who moves with urgency and manages several live deals at once. Our agents are not limited by anyone else's production, and we will walk you through how that works when we speak.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $500,000

Responsibilities:

• Market available properties to our cash buyer network

• Coordinate and host property showings and investor walkthroughs

• Negotiate assignment terms and secure signed agreements with qualified buyers

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, agents, lenders, and title partners

• Maintain accurate buyer criteria and deal activity in the CRM

• Partner with our transaction coordinator to move assignments to a clean closing

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales, wholesaling dispositions, investor relations, or high-volume business-to-business sales

• Ability to work with urgency and manage several active deals at the same time

• Comfort talking numbers with experienced investors

• Strong organization and follow-through

• Confident negotiator who protects margin while keeping relationships healthy

• Existing relationships with Houston-area investors or agents are a significant plus

• Comfortable working in a CRM
