Assembly / Laborer - 1st Shift

Job Details

• Position: Assembly / Laborer
• Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Work Environment: Clean and organized manufacturing facility (non-climate controlled)
• Dress Code: Work boots and work pants required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, production, and finishing operations
• Assemble and install pre-manufactured parts and components
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and specialty tools
• Operate power tools including drills, grinders, impact guns, and circular saws
• Drill holes and assist with fabrication tasks
• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and trucks
• Move and position materials throughout the production area
• Operate forklifts, hoists, lift beams, swivel hooks, and lifting equipment
• Follow written and verbal work instructions
• Transfer finished products to the next stage of production
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, construction, or industrial work
• Experience using hand and power tools safely
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to perform physical labor and heavy lifting
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating grinders, drills, impact guns, and circular saws
• Forklift operation experience
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Painting or touch-up painting experience
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
• Ability to read and write English for production documentation

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cinnaminson, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
