$100,000 - $300,000 per year

What You'll Do

• Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and guide them through every step of the process

• Prospect and secure residential listings across DC and Montgomery County

• Conduct listing appointments, pricing consultations, and buyer consultations

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to each listing

• Prepare purchase offers and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients

• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to build and grow your pipeline

• Deliver exceptional client experiences that generate referrals and repeat business

What We're Looking For

• Active real estate license (DC and/or Maryland required)

• Self-motivated professional with a business mindset

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities

• Comfortable with technology and modern real estate tools

• Sales experience preferred, though we're happy to train the right candidate

• Familiarity with the DC and/or Montgomery County market is a plus
