Project Managers - Bay Area

Summary: A growing mechanical contracting firm is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to join their team in the Bay Area. This position offers the opportunity to lead HVAC construction projects from initial client engagement through project completion, working closely with engineering, construction, purchasing, accounting, and service teams. The ideal candidate will have experience managing HVAC and/or plumbing construction projects, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to oversee project budgets, schedules, and profitability. The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for: Managing the day-to-day operations, scope, schedule, and execution of HVAC construction projects. Coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, purchasing, accounting, construction, and service departments. Leading estimating efforts, proposal development, contract negotiations, change orders, and client communications. Monitoring project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability goals are achieved. The HVAC Project Manager should have the following qualifications: 5+ years of experience managing HVAC and/or plumbing construction projects. Experience overseeing projects ranging from $50K to $25M+ in value. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
