What You'll Be Doing Lead the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights that support strategic decision making Build and enhance financial models used to evaluate business opportunities and investments Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve results Improve planning, reporting, and financial management processes across the organization Develop meaningful executive reporting and performance metrics Mentor and lead a high-performing FP&A team What You'll Need to Be Considered 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance Leadership experience required Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting Proven experience leading enterprise-wide financial planning and forecasting Strong financial modeling expertise supporting strategic planning and capital allocation Experience partnering with executive leadership Ability to translate complex financial data into strategic business recommendations Demonstrated success leading finance teams and driving process improvement initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr ITAC Solutions
