General Manager – McDonald’s Franchise

Key Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and maintain strict compliance with McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Oversee daily operations including food safety, customer satisfaction, profitability, and meeting restaurant targets.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule staff and Department Managers.
• Manage targets for speed of service, labor, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer and employee complaints and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management position within the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a mentoring focus to improve restaurant performance.
• Ability to manage a team of 30+ employees.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to resolve issues in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Capability to handle and resolve employee/customer complaints effectively.
