About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, HR Business Partner Leader to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as a primary strategic advisor to C-suite executives and senior business leaders, translating business strategy into integrated people and organization strategies that enhance business performance, organizational capability, and long-term growth. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of global HR practices, the ability to influence executive decision-making, and a proven track record in leading large-scale organizational transformations. The VP will be responsible for challenging and influencing executive thinking on complex people and organizational decisions, as well as proactively assessing and advising on organizational health, capability, and effectiveness. Applicants for the VP, HR Business Partner Leader position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of HR leadership experience, with a focus on advising and partnering with C-suite executives in complex global organizations. The role demands exceptional business and financial acumen, a strong global perspective, and the ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve HR effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree being a plus, and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing global HR business partner teams. Key skills include strategic consulting, data fluency, and a strong background in HR transformation, including experience with AI and technology adoption, culture change, and M&A. The role is remote and requires a leader who can operate effectively across cultures, geographies, and organizational levels, and who is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
