Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions, helping clients navigate complex interpersonal issues.

• Addressing and treating a variety of family dynamics and challenges, including conflicts among family members, communication difficulties, and family cut-offs.

• Providing support for issues related to substance abuse, trauma, grief and loss, job stress, and medical challenges.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions focused on blended families, separation, and divorce, assisting clients in adjusting to significant life transitions.

• Developing personalized treatment plans while utilizing evidence-based therapeutic strategies to promote healing and growth.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult individuals, couples, and child/adolescent populations.
