Our telehealth practice allows for a flexible and collaborative working environment. Working remotely, you will be equipped with the latest telehealth technologies to conduct virtual sessions efficiently. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring an individualized approach.

• Provide high-quality therapy for adolescent and adult patients through secure video conferences and phone calls, prioritizing adherence to telehealth best practices.

• Engage in collaborative treatment with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery and progress tracking for each client.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting assessments and progress notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies that foster improved client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with a diverse client demographic, including adolescents grappling with issues such as anxiety and depression, as well as adults seeking support for stress management, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. Understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client will be essential to delivering effective, empathetic care.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid California state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD, indicating your qualifications to practice independently.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related mental health field.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect, engage, and build rapport with clients effectively.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, critical for managing a full caseload and ensuring timely documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience in counseling or mental health therapy is required, candidates with prior experience in telehealth settings will be given preference. Familiarity with EHR systems will be beneficial in streamlining client management and documentation processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
