Personal Assistant/Real Estate Assistant

eXp Realty

Role Description This is a part-time, Personal Assistant/Real Estate Assistant role based in Oklahoma. The individual in this role will support a real estate professional with daily administrative tasks, running errands and organizing documents. This position will potentially turn into a full-time position. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, team members, and other real estate professionals. Experience or strong interest in Real Estate, with familiarity with listings, contracts, and transaction processes preferred. Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills and document handling Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and willingness to learn real estate and CRM platforms. High level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information. Previous experience in an assistant, coordinator, or office support role is preferred; experience in a real estate office is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or real estate coursework is beneficial. Willing to obtain Real Estate License This is not a Remote Position.
