Senior Accounting Manager

We're partnering with a growing organization seeking a CPA Senior Accounting Manager to lead key accounting operations, oversee the month-end close, manage financial reporting, support audits, and provide oversight of Accounts Payable and Billing functions. This is a highly visible role offering exposure to leadership, process improvement initiatives, M&A activity, and both domestic and international operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and enhance the month-end close and financial reporting process Oversee AP and Billing functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal controls Prepare financial analyses, cash flow reporting, and management reporting Support audits, compliance initiatives, and internal controls testing Partner cross-functionally on process improvements, system enhancements, and finance transformation projects Assist with M&A integration, due diligence, and purchase accounting activities Mentor and develop accounting team members while driving operational excellence Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA required 12+ years of progressive accounting experience Prior public accounting/audit experience strongly preferred Experience supporting audits, internal controls, and financial reporting Exposure to international operations, statutory reporting, and a multi-entity environment is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader who enjoys improving processes, building strong teams, and partnering with leadership in a fast-paced environment.
