Graduate Assistant - Project NePTWNE

The graduate assistant will work with the director of Project NePTWNE in supporting various project needs. Work is expected to largely focus on the Center for Lake Erie Education and Research ( CLEER ) at the Blasco Library. Career & Self Development – The student worker will gain an awareness of their strengths and weaknesses through active engagement with the public. Communication – The student worker will clearly and effectively share information about the proper usage of technology within the center. Critical Thinking – The student worker will monitor and respond to needs of visitors to the center based upon situational context and logical analysis. Equity and Inclusion – The student worker will work to ensure all people feel welcomed, safe, and included within the center space. Leadership – The student worker will employ their strengths to achieve the overall mission of the center. Professionalism – The student worker will recognize their role within the public library and act in the interest of Gannon University and the larger community. Teamwork – The student worker will work collaboratively, inclusively, and effectively with other team members to create a hospitable work environment and achieve the overall mission of the center. Technology – The student worker will clearly and effectively share information about the proper usage of technology within the center.
