Join a dynamic project focused on US tax compliance and legal interpretation as a Certified Public Accountant. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide high-quality insights that contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems, shaping how these models learn and perform. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, interpret, and annotate sections of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and related US Treasury Regulations, focusing on nuanced statutory language and exceptions.
- Review and assess various US tax legal documents to ensure clarity, technical accuracy, and proper application of statutory rules.
- Evaluate individual tax returns (Form 1040) in light of current IRS guidance and regulations.
- Draft summaries or explanatory notes to clarify complex tax law concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify and flag inconsistencies, ambiguities, or potential areas of confusion within legal documents or IRS source materials.
- Collaborate via digital platforms, delivering high-quality written content and clear verbal communication on findings and recommendations.
- Active Certified Public Accountant (India) qualification with demonstrated expertise in US tax law.
- Deep familiarity with the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), US Treasury Regulations, and IRS compliance requirements.
- Strong background in analyzing and interpreting legal documents, statutes, and tax-related materials.
- Proven experience reviewing or preparing US individual tax returns (Form 1040).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical legal language into clear explanations.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the capability to identify and articulate statutory exceptions and regulatory nuances.
- Interest in contributing to innovative projects at the intersection of finance, law, and technology.
Contractor role, fully remote, based in India.
Compensation$20 - $30 per hour.
EligibilityMust hold an active Certified Public Accountant (India) qualification.
