ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2000 and is a small, close-knit team of three who truly look out for one another. Ive been with State Farm for over 30 years, starting my career with the company before becoming an agent. That long-term experience has shaped the way I run the office and support both our customers and our team.

I attended Florida Atlantic University and enjoy spending my free time fishing, golfing, and being with family. Keeping that balance between work and life is important to me, and its something I encourage for everyone on the team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ricardo Arbesu - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
