Hybrid Accounts Receivable Clerk

Our client, who was founded in 1903 are a faith-based foundation that help children and families across three states by providing support and resources that will allow them to thrive and succeed.
They are currently looking to add a full-time Staff Accountant II to their team. This is a Hybrid position, with 2-days in office and 3 from home once training is completed . This position will report to the Director of Accounting in the Texas office.
Pay ranges from $45k to $52k
Primary responsibility includes monthly accounts receivable billing and balance analysis and will require working closely with governmental entities, insurance companies and program staff on receivables.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Reporting and Analysis
- General Ledger
- Month-end and year-end closing and audits
Minimum Requirements Include :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance, preferred with 2 years accounting experience
- If no college degree, will require high school diploma and at least 5 years accounting experience
- Experience working with Financial Edge Accounting system, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
