MARKETING COORDINATOR Chick-fil-A | Midtown Manhattan — Enterprise Support Team Full-Time, Hourly | $24/hr Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing We operate two of the busiest restaurants in Manhattan — 42nd & Madison and 46th & 6th. Our marketing is local, hands-on, and built on real relationships with our neighborhood and our own team. We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join our Enterprise Support team, working directly alongside our Director of Sales & Marketing. This role is for someone early in their career who wants to learn the full marketing function from the inside — and who cares as much about the people behind the counter as the guests in front of it. Social Media + Content Capture photo and video across both restaurants Help create and produce content in partnership with the Director Draft copy, schedule posts, and publish to Instagram and Facebook Support LinkedIn presence for recruiting and B2B/catering audiences Monitor comments, messages, and reviews; respond in our voice Focus on content that's impactful, not just frequent Internal Marketing + Team Care Support internal campaigns built around caring for our team — recognition, milestones, and celebrations Produce internal communications. Build campaign education materials so every Team Member understands what we're promoting and why Keep communication clear and consistent across both locations Help make sure every Team Member feels informed, valued, and cared for Events + Community Plan and staff local events, activations, and community partnerships Support catering outreach and neighborhood relationships Handle event logistics start to finish, and capture content on-site Reporting + Analysis Build and maintain recurring reports on sales, campaign performance, and social metrics Pull, clean, and organize data from multiple systems Track results against goals and flag what's working and what isn't Prepare materials and recaps for leadership review What we're looking for 0–2 years in marketing, social, or communications — internships and personal projects count Genuinely organized. Working knowledge of Canva and comfort using AI tools — and more importantly, the curiosity and capacity to learn new tools quickly. We'll teach you the rest Comfortable with data and spreadsheets Strong capability on Instagram and Facebook with an eye for content that actually lands Clear writer — you'll draft things our whole team reads A schedule that flexes with the business.
