We currently are accepting résumés for the part time position of Accounting Assistant.Job responsibilities include assisting in all areas of the Accounting Department, including –Customer invoicing and billing, including some follow-up collection callsManage general ledger, including reconciling accounts and monthly adjustmentsProcessing transactions related to ServiceMaster franchise feesOther duties as assignedRequirements include:High level of competency using QuickBooks Desktop Pro and ExcelStrong organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skillsAble to multitask with limited supervisionCommunicate effectively, professionally, and accurately in verbal and written EnglishMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar positionOur business has experienced solid growth for several years, and we anticipate continued, long-term growth.
