Reports to: Human Resource Manager
Position Summary: This role is responsible for supporting a wide range of HR and administrative functions, including payroll processing, maintaining accurate payroll records, employee records management, assisting with benefits administration, and day-to-day human resources operations. This role assists with onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and policy administration while providing general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Responsibilities and Areas of Accountability:
Maintain accurate payroll records and perform payroll processing.
Provide administrative support for Human Resources operations, including maintaining employee records, processing personnel documentation, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
Assist with attending career/job fairs.
Assists in planning and conducting new employee onboarding.
Assists with employee benefit administration.
Provides prompt and courteous customer service to employees and vendors.
Conducts themself with integrity.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
Be respectful of PDM teammates and support teamwork amongst coworkers.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Assists with maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records using PDM’s HRIS system.
Knowledge & Skills:
Ability to be proactive. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced, fast-moving work.
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. HRIS experience is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of payroll administration or HR experience.
