Job Description

Jack Madden Ford Sales Inc is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Norwood, MA. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, develop effective strategies, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction within a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and achieve revenue goals.
Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure excellent customer service standards and address customer concerns promptly.
Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Proficient in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
