Customer Service Specialist Full Time Clerical Milwaukee, WI, US The Customer Service Representatives will be team members of the Customer Service Department responsible for providing quality customer service with compassion and care and accurate processing of incoming orders. A summary of the job duties includes, but is not limited to: Answer incoming telephone calls and process orders for custom and standard sized items in a fast‑paced environment. Utilize the internal computer system, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office applications, and Adobe Acrobat for order processing and record‑keeping. Work as part of a team to deliver superior customer service. We are seeking a candidate who has 1–3 years of prior customer service experience, preferably in the health care field but not required, and who is dedicated to providing exceptional service in a team environment using technology. Progressive advancement tracks are available for motivated go‑getters. The successful candidate will be available to work full time, 40 hours per week, with a fixed schedule between 10 am and 6 pm, Monday‑Friday, and will be paid hourly at a rate of $12–$14 per hour, depending on experience.
