Scrum Master-P&C

Job Description Key Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support the team in following Agile practices and principles, fostering self-organization and accountability. Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively. Identify and remove obstacles that impede the team's progress and work to ensure the team remains focused on achieving sprint goals. Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, promoting continuous improvement and growth. Ensure clear and open communication within the Scrum team and with external stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong experience in P&C Insurance domain and Guidewire Product. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is highly preferred. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
