We are looking for an amazing occupational therapist (Part-time) 2 Locations: Basking Ridge and Chatham, NJ Flexible start date and scheduling Pay range: $38-$48 hourly depending on years of experience Key Responsibilities: Daily treatment sessions targeting all goal areas Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs, considering age, developmental stage and health conditions Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques Complete all necessary evaluations Regularly assess progress, monitor treatment outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed Create and monitor home programming Incorporate play-based approaches to engage and teach children Completion of daily documentation Provide expert education and coaching to parents and caregivers Conduct clinical collaborations Commit to ongoing learning and professional development in the field of occupational therapy Complete all documentation daily Implement novel programming with therapeutic team Provide coverage sessions Qualifications: Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Current and valid NJ state licensure or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required Prior Pediatric OT experience preferred Proficiency in administering standardized assessments Experience with various pediatric conditions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Flexible schedule including afternoon and evening availability Paid sick time Professional education reimbursement Mentorship opportunities
