Work Environment

The position is based onsite within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, designed to create a welcoming and supportive environment for both patients and staff. Our regular schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM, providing a consistent work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for children, assessing their functional capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions based on patient evaluations.
• Regularly monitor and document clinical progress, using tools such as SOAP notes and progress summaries to track patient advancement and modify treatment plans when necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on the recovery process, discussing potential challenges and strategies for overcoming them.
• Utilize our electronic record system effectively to ensure timely and accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Work transparently with other disciplines in our organization to coordinate care for patients who may be receiving multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes a diverse range of individuals across varying ages, diagnoses, and backgrounds. As a Physical Therapist at Flexibility Plus Rehab, you will primarily focus on children, utilizing tailored treatment methods to address developmental delays, post-surgical rehabilitation, and mobility issues. This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine desire to help a broad spectrum of patients while being adaptable to their unique needs.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Must hold a current and unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• Willingness to conduct evaluations and treatments both in-person and via telehealth, where clinically appropriate, reflecting our flexibility in delivery of care.
• A strong commitment to working with patients from diverse backgrounds and a sensitivity toward cultural competence.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
