Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations, and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with their rehabilitative goals.
• Implement cost-effective therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing mobility while reducing the need for pain medications and surgical interventions.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and innovative technological tools, to promote optimal patient recovery.
• Design and lead customized fitness and wellness programs that cater to the unique requirements of each patient, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
• Monitor patient progress continually and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, you will work primarily with individuals facing orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, arthritis, and chronic pain syndromes. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting a diverse patient population that may include elderly clients striving for independence or active younger individuals aiming to return to their pre-injury activities.

Qualifications

• Earned a Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating application of physical therapy principles.
• Strong analytical skills and up-to-date knowledge of orthopedic treatment methodologies and technology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients of diverse backgrounds, fostering trust and rapport.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home health care or outpatient orthopedic settings, with adeptness in individualized patient assessments.

• Familiarity with additional therapeutic specialties such as women's health or sports rehabilitation is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to USD 130,000 , commensurate with experience.
