Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy by managing the comprehensive therapeutic care process for an assigned group of patients in conjunction with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and actively contribute to developing and implementing personalized care plans aimed at achieving specific rehabilitation goals and enhancing patient experiences.
• Administer treatments and interventions that align with best practices while strictly adhering to the legal and ethical guidelines governing physical therapy.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care at patients' homes, employing established techniques to improve functional mobility and overall condition as directed by the physician's plan of care.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and the proper use of assistive devices, ensuring they have the tools to support recovery outside of therapy sessions.
• Manage caseload efficiently by prioritizing daily tasks and coordinating with team members to align responsibilities and treatment continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will involve working with both adult and pediatric patients who require rehabilitation for various orthopedic conditions, post-surgery recovery, or physical impairments. You will leverage your expertise to foster inspiring interactions that motivate and empower patients on their journey toward improved health and mobility.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license to practice in New Jersey.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Ability to achieve Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of one year of experience is preferred, we encourage applications from recent graduates who are eager to learn and contribute to our team. Compensation and Benefits
