Work Environment

The role is primarily situated in a home care setting, allowing therapists to engage directly with patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our team operates out of Paterson, providing services to the local community with a strong emphasis on in-home interventions, allowing for a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' conditions to develop effective treatment plans that align with their personal goals.
• Utilize various assessment tools and methodologies to track patient progress and adjust care plans based on outcomes.
• Administer hands-on therapeutic techniques with a strong emphasis on manual therapy, targeting pain relief and increased mobility.
• Educate patients on exercises and self-care strategies to promote independence and reduce reliance on medication.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Document patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes clearly and accurately in electronic health records.
• Motivate patients to adhere to prescribed exercise routines and foster a lifestyle that promotes strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with an active license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package with an annual salary of $110,000 - $130,000, plus performance-based bonuses.
