Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients' physical abilities and challenges to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to individual goals and needs.
• Implement evidence-based practices and diverse treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to enhance patient mobility and functionality.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment strategies to ensure optimal recovery, aiming to enhance independence and reduce the dependency on medications or surgical interventions.
• Create and oversee fitness and wellness programs designed to foster long-term health by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Educate patients on their conditions and the importance of active participation in their recovery process, thereby promoting a proactive approach to health management.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse range of patients, predominantly those suffering from orthopedic conditions including post-operative care, sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
