We pride ourselves on our compassionate approach and our dedication to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures. Manage and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Coordinate patient care plans and ensure the highest standards of care. Work closely with other healthcare professionals and departments to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels. Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure continuous improvement in patient care. Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey. Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
