IT Specialist: 24/7 Tech Support & Network Ops

The City of Kissimmee is seeking an IT Specialist to troubleshoot and manage computer equipment while providing high-quality technical assistance. The role includes managing Active Directory accounts, calling vendors for software support, and ensuring seamless network operations. Preferred candidates will hold an Associate's Degree in Computer Technology and have certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Network+.
