Procurement Operations SpecialistLocation: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Type: Contract Compensation: $25.00 - 27.0/hr Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote Position Summary: This role will support administrative AP and procurement system tasks for the P2P services team.ResponsibilitiesTriage internal customer and vendor requests via the Procurement Operations shared inboxCreate and edit Purchase Orders for buyers within the organizationReassign transactional documents within the Ariba system as prompted via standard processesData entry support for invoice entry and contract repositoryIdentify training opportunities and coordinate training sessions with Procurement team members and the applicable business partner(s) or vendor(s)Support centralized buying initiatives by reviewing intake forms and coordinating follow-up discussions with key stakeholdersSupport reporting analytics and alerts to ensure Procure to Pay compliance across the organizationAdministrative projects as assignedRequirementsResource should be located in the greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area (hybrid work schedule)A minimum of 1 year administrative experience in a corporate environment requiredProcurement experience is not required, but desirableStrong computer skills required; experience using Google Business or comparable business suite (such as Microsoft)Experience with Oracle, Ariba, or a comparable ERP system is preferred, but not required.
