ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2016 and currently lead a small, close-knit team. I'm a second-generation State Farm agent and have been in the insurance industry since 2002. Before that, I spent time in the golf business, which helped shape my approach to building relationships and delivering a strong customer experience.

I’m a graduate of the University of Oregon, where I earned my B.S. degree. Outside of the office, I’m a proud father and a passionate golfer. I stay involved in the community through my local church and by supporting local high school sponsorships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bob Witt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
