Summary:

**Required Licensure:** Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.) **Required Certifications:** BLS and ACLS from AHA only **Years of Experience:** 2 years **Must Have Skills/Experience:** 2 years Stepdown/ICU cardiac experience, Cardiac Rhythm proficiency, identification of cardiac emergencies **Preferred Certifications:** Experience with TR bands and pulling sheaths is preferred. **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** 2 years or more experience in cardiac stepdown or ICU **Personality Fit:** Compassionate, empathetic, team player, good work ethic, attention to details/assessment, reliable, hardworking.
