Senior Pricing Analyst

An established global aircraft lessor is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join its team. This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of deal evaluation, portfolio strategy, and transaction execution across new aircraft placements, sale & leasebacks, secondary trading, and structured financing activities. Responsibilities Analyse aircraft leasing transactions including sale & leasebacks, lease restructures, and secondary trading deals Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate deal economics and profitability Prepare maintenance cash flow forecasts and maintenance-adjusted asset valuations Evaluate aircraft extension, release, and sale strategies for mid-life assets Support OEM orderbook analysis including aircraft pricing and escalation assumptions Work closely with Commercial, Trading, Technical, Risk, and Finance teams to support strategic decision-making Conduct risk-adjusted return analysis and support investment decision-making Review lease agreements and analyse maintenance reserve and return condition obligations Identify risks and opportunities across the portfolio and contribute to initiatives that enhance asset returns Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline 5–7 years’ experience within aircraft leasing, aviation finance, or a related aviation commercial finance environment Strong understanding of aircraft leasing economics and transaction structures Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability Knowledge of aircraft maintenance economics and lease return conditions Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr GKR Search and Selection
