Job Summary As a Pricing Analyst at Field Fresh Foods, you will play a critical role in managing and growing our customer relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met with top-tier service and strategic pricing solutions. This position requires a strong analytical mindset , excellent communication skills , and proficiency in tools like Power BI and Excel to analyze market trends and drive data-backed decisions. What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for their fresh food needs. Provide accurate and competitive quotes, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. Conduct market research and raw material analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market conditions, customer demand, and company objectives. Leverage Power BI and Excel to create reports and insights that drive business decisions. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, procurement, and operations, to deliver seamless customer service. Identify new opportunities for growth within existing customer accounts. What You Bring To The Table Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data analysis. Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess market trends, pricing strategies, and customer needs to drive business success. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data, anticipate challenges, and propose strategic solutions.
