Billing Specialist

Therapy Source, a national provider of school-based special education staffing and related services, is seeking a motivated Billing Specialist for a full-time, hybrid position in Plymouth Meeting, PA (two days in the office and three days working from home). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Approve provider billing in accordance with client contract requirements and assignment guidelines Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient and accurate billing operations Communicate with providers via phone and email to address billing questions and provide clear, supportive guidance Prepare invoices for assigned clients and assist team members to ensure timely invoice submission Process external billing through third-party billing systems, including data entry and corrections as assigned Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills At least one year of customer service experience Prior billing experience a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Therapy Source
