Pay Rate: $20-$25 /Hr. DOE Experience: 2 + Years Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday

Full Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
• Process payroll for all employees, including calculating hours, deductions, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Monitor and manage company budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Handle month-end and year-end closing procedures with accuracy and attention to detail
• Prepare documentation and coordinate with external accountants during tax season and annual audits
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial records, both digital and physical
• Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal team members regarding financial matters
• Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant regulations

Full Charge Bookkeeper Skills Required:

• Minimum 2-3 years of full charge bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
• Experience with payroll processing and understanding of payroll tax requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
