Accounts Payable Clerk - Cape Coral, FL
Pay: $20-$21/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Fridays off at 4:00 PM)

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join a well-established company in Cape Coral. This role will work closely with the Accounting Manager and assist with a variety of accounting, administrative, and office support duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process and input ACH payments accurately
• Assist with a new digital accounting/payment system implementation
• Provide support to the Accounting Manager with daily accounting tasks
• Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed
• Ensure invoices and payments are processed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable or accounting support experience
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of accounting procedures and financial processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
• Professional communication and customer service skills
