Pay: $20-$21/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Fridays off at 4:00 PM) We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join a well-established company in Cape Coral. This role will work closely with the Accounting Manager and assist with a variety of accounting, administrative, and office support duties in a fast-paced environment.

This role will work closely with the Accounting Manager and assist with a variety of accounting, administrative, and office support duties in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process and input ACH payments accurately
- Assist with a new digital accounting/payment system implementation
- Provide support to the Accounting Manager with daily accounting tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed
- Ensure invoices and payments are processed in a timely manner
- Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable or accounting support experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of accounting procedures and financial processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
- Professional communication and customer service skills
