About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and oversee all field operations, with a primary focus on commercial facilities maintenance, enhancement, and construction services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of these services, and will be a key partner in driving operational excellence, supporting organic growth, and improving profitability. Specific duties include: providing leadership and oversight for all branch operations, developing and coaching branch managers, and holding them accountable for key performance indicators; partnering with the sales organization; participating in budget development; driving labor productivity initiatives; and fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence. Qualifications Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience within the commercial facilities services industry, with a strong preference for those with experience managing multiple branches or regional operations. The role requires a working knowledge of commercial facilities services, construction, and enhancement operations, and a proven track record in leading operations for a multi‑location commercial facilities or route‑based services organization. Additional qualifications: strong financial acumen, experience managing budgets, a college degree; experience in integrating acquisitions, standardizing operational processes; background in leading organizations with annual revenues exceeding $100 million.
