About the Role The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to play a pivotal role in the organization’s growth and integration strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of a multi‑state region, including financial performance, operational leadership, talent development, and business growth. This executive leadership position involves leading operational strategy and execution across multiple regional locations, owning the regional P&L, and driving growth through operational improvement, acquisitions, and integration initiatives. Qualifications Experience in a similar executive role with a proven track record of building and developing high‑performing leadership teams, supporting workforce development, and succession planning. Strategic thinker adept at identifying operational improvements, process enhancements, and system efficiencies.
