Management Consultant with Security Clearance

This position is located in Arlington, VA (Pentagon). The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000 per year. Final compensation is dependent upon the candidate's skills, qualifications, contract-specific guidelines, and geographic location. Responsibilities: Provide strategic, objective, and actionable advisory services that assist the organization in improving productivity and overall performance. Support organizational change management initiatives, implement new technologies, and contribute to the development of process improvement and training strategies. Conduct research and analysis of organizational procedures, identify areas for efficiency improvement, and recommend management strategies to enhance mission success. Develop reports, strategic plans, and process documentation for leadership review. Collaborate with senior leadership to implement management initiatives and monitor outcomes. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Minimum of eight (8) combined years of professional work experience in a program management position or military service, and possession of an advanced degree in business or a related field. Candidates with a bachelor's degree may substitute an additional four (4) years of professional experience in lieu of an advanced degree. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, strategic environment supporting high-level DoD initiatives. The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
