Staff Engagement Manager, gTech Ads

Advise Google's top Ads clients on technical and product solutions to resolve business challenges.Develop product-anchored client growth plans that drive adoption within an AI-led advertising ecosystem.Design and finalize Platinum Services Plans (PSPs) and curated account plans to align resources with client focus areas.Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of services plans in collaboration with cross-functional execution and media teams.Manage planning, prioritization, and execution for the pod to prioritize growth opportunities and regular progress debriefs.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.Preferred qualifications:Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.3 years of experience in a technical leadership role with/without direct reports.As an Engagement Manager, you will be key to creating an excellent end-to-end experience for Google’s top Ads clients, by being accountable for gTech service delivery, product aligned growth plans, and enabling Sales objectives.Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech’s role is to help bring them to life.
