The Team The Omnichannel Customer Development & Client Relations Management (CDCRM) team is a newer, retail‑facing team focused on customer acquisition and retention through Analytics, CRM, After Sales, Client Services, and Experience. The team reaches new and existing clients through sales, service ceremonies, bespoke services, smart analytics, and animations, aiming to strengthen acquisition and customer loyalty. The multifaceted team works together to drive traffic to stores and provide one‑of‑a‑kind experiences. Internship Program For 185 years, Hermès has encouraged a culture of discovery for our clients and our people. As part of Generation H, you will join Hermès and gain real‑world, professional experience while working alongside your academic studies. You will attend a learning‑focused guest‑speaker series, partner with a mentor for coaching, network with stakeholders, and collaborate on a capstone Generation H project. The Generation H program is a five‑month full‑time internship scheduled from July 13, 2026 to December 18, 2026. All internships are in‑person (non‑remote) and based at Hermès US corporate headquarters in New York City. Interns receive an hourly rate of US $20.00 and work 37.5 hours per week. About the Role The After Sales and Client Development intern will support the Senior Manager of After Sales by providing administrative and analytical support on key global initiatives. Through this experience, the intern will learn the intricacies of the business and provide a fresh perspective on how to streamline processes and create efficiencies related to uniform procurement, sharing and implementing After Sales strategies with stores, and sourcing new repair vendors. Key Responsibilities Work with the Senior Manager of After Sales on all aspects of the uniform dispatch process, from initial data gathering through uniform delivery, collaborating with partners in Paris as needed. Create PowerPoint presentation decks for After Sales training. Collaborate with the Client Development team to understand the special‑order process and identify opportunities to streamline it. Validate repair vendors, schedule visits, and review vendor tests. Conduct competitive market research to identify new repair vendors. Compile After Sales meeting recaps. Assist with special projects for After Sales and Client Services. About You Enrolled in an Associates, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree program. Previous internship experience in fashion or luxury is a plus. Ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a highly complex work environment. Ability to take initiative and work independently at times.Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and professionalism with sensitive information. Ability to deliver information clearly and concisely. Strong organization and follow‑through skills. Time‑sensitive, accurate and highly dependable. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and v‑lookup.
