Franchise Business Consultant – Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations Ready to take your restaurant operations experience to the next level? We’re looking for an experienced Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to serve as a trusted coach and business partner to franchisees across an assigned territory. This role focuses on improving sales, profitability, operational excellence, compliance, and overall restaurant performance . What You’ll Do Coach franchisees on restaurant operations, sales, profitability, and team development Develop business plans based on operational and financial goals Analyze P&L statements and business performance to identify opportunities Conduct regular franchisee meetings and in-store visits Provide recommendations to improve sales, guest experience, labor, and profitability Monitor compliance with brand standards, franchise agreements, and health regulations Partner with compliance and corporate teams to address operational issues Support new restaurant openings, transfers, training, and final inspections Maintain accurate reports and documentation of franchisee interactions Communicate company updates, initiatives, and operational changes to franchisees What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree preferred or 8+ years of relevant business experience Strong restaurant operations experience, preferably QSR or franchising Multi-unit leadership, coaching, or consulting experience preferred Strong understanding of restaurant P&Ls, forecasting, and financial performance Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of restaurant health, safety, and compliance requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office ServSafe or equivalent certification Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable personal vehicle What to Expect Approximately 80% in-store visits / 20% administrative work Travel throughout an assigned U.S. and international territory Overnight travel approximately 10%–50% of the time Days, nights, weekends, and flexible scheduling as needed If you’re an experienced restaurant operations leader who enjoys coaching, analyzing business performance, solving problems, and building strong franchise relationships , this is an opportunity to make a real impact across multiple locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Self Opportunity, Inc.
